While this home is situated amongst green conservation areas next to a pond it’s still ideally located with some of the more famous theme parks such as Disney World. The living room makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day out at the parks. It has 3 comfortable sofas with soft throw cushions and a TV for your entertainment. The L-shaped kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and has modern appliances. It’s also open and light, making this an enjoyable place to make your meals. The dining area has a wooden table and 6 chairs. This villa has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, offers a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed. And bedroom 4 a bunk bed. Three out of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs, so there won’t be any shortage of entertainment in the home. The pool area and covered patio provide a great view of the lake and make for a great place to relax in the sun or in the shade. The mesh screening around the pool creates more privacy, but at the same time, allows you to look outside. Choose to relax poolside on one of the comfy sun loungers or alternatively, relax at the patio furniture set under cover. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee).
