Great overall experience. Steve was very attentive to messages. A few little bumps in the road:When we arrived the cleaners were still on site as they said the previous guests had a late checkout. Unfortunately we had purchased groceries and needed to be in right at 4pm. It wasn’t a huge deal as we let the cleaners finish the front rooms/bathroom and they worked around us. We said there was 17 of us for the trip, but only 6 pool towels were at the house. It wasn’t a huge deal once I contacted Steve he had more towels delivered but we did end up having to do some extra laundry. We also arrived home one day to find a maintenance person working INSIDE the residence. I contacted Steve who said he forgot to mention it. We would have liked to have known to put some of our valuables away. We also had people arrive to fix broken lounge chairs. The only issue was ALL of the lounge chairs were broken so we requested they only take the worst one and leave the rest as it was our last day and we were all outside by the pool and wouldn’t have a place to relax. The place was overall clean, but it did look like one bed had been slept in and not changed and one of the showers had muddy footprints when we arrived. There were 2 stemless wine glasses in the cupboard so kind of sucked to drink out of a plastic cup for dinner, but not the end of the world. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed.Great value for the price. Community clubhouse was awesome!
