Everything was great. I chose this property, because it was close to my meeting. The only thing I was not aware of parking fees, which needed to be paid not to the hotel, but by a paying application.

Room was a bit pricy but when I was told after check in that parking was additional 10 per day and I had to go out at midnight to get my rental car tag number to avoid being towed. That just seemed to cheapen the whole experience

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds 6 day prior to my arrival; Hotel took my payment; Day of arrival, staff member-Andrea, tells me hotel is full there is No Rooms for me & Family; I asked her to contact Hotel manager and she refused; she contacted assistant manager, Alejandra Delgado, in which she said Hotel can give me a refund; However, I said I don’t want a refund but I need a room for my family; I asked Andrea multiple times to call Hotel manager to solve this issue but she did not wanted to call her ; After 45 min, I convinced her to finally call Manager in which Manager, Monique Cain decided to give us a room with a One Queen bed only; I ended sleeping on floor with one of kids since room did not have a sofa ; My wife & the other kid slept on bed!

Excellent hotel!

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Orlando! Spent two nights with my son in a spacious, comfortable, and quiet room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast included had great options. Perfect location—away from the hustle and bustle of the parks but with easy access to the highways, so you can get to Universal or Disney in just 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Bad breakfast service!

It was a good stay with the exception of the free breakfast in the mornings. The girls seemed to not keep up with refilling the food items. Didn't have many options due to the lack of attention. Didn't like the idea of having to pay for parking in a regular parking lot! Will not stay there again because of it.

Excellence at its best!!

We were there for 4 days. The place near Lake Nona was beyond my imagination. It was clean, the staff was so nice, helpful in every way. There were a lot of kids there for different tournaments. But everyone got along. Breakfast was amazing!!
