Typical Hilton Garden Inn. Like other Garden Inns I have stayed at recently, the rooms are generally getting tired and repairs, like in the bathrooms, are starting to show but still better than most other options at this price.

I loved how quiet it was and how close to Sea World it was for us. Breakfast was good also. Staff just needed to be a bit more friendly and not so short. This isn't a cheap stay.

The Breakfast was pretty basic i’ve been to tons of hiltons and you can order sandwiches eggs how you like it etc. This one was get scrambled or a quiche.

bad service.

Mainly I had an incident after arriving at the room, after about 30 minutes of being settled we went to use the shower and it didn't work, there was no water, I called the reception to explain what happened, they didn't solve the problem, they told me that they were going to change our room but after about 10 minutes I called again because they didn't give me instructions about changing rooms, which meant we had to pack everything again to move rooms, something that was uncomfortable for my family.

Upon arrival while checking in, we were informed that the hotel overbooked suites and our room that we paid far in advance for was not available. It was certainly an inconvenience, because we needed the extra space for the amount of people staying together. The manager did his best to accommodate us with other options, however it just was not what we expected or hoped for. Overall the hotel is a nice choice for cleaniness and convenience to Seaworld. It is walking distance but too far of a walk with toddlers and elders. We took advantage of the free shuttle service to the park and it was great! We loved the breakfast buffet but were a little bothered by the lack of consistency with waitresses charging us differently each morning. The first day that we ate, I offered my two year old bites from my plate and he didn’t really eat more than a bite. There was no charge for him and I certainly would not expect one. The second day I did the same thing, this time he actually ate half a blueberry muffin and a different waitress charged us 16.99 for him. Seriously ridiculous. We are not the type to dispute it, we just paid for it no questions asked. I do hope management sees this review though and possibly discussed better consistency and for situations like these.
