We had a mixed experience. We really like the hotel shuttle, and the dining options in the hotel, particularly the market that was open early to late and had affordable breakfast, dinner, and snack options. Unfortunately, our room smelt like cat pee, and we were too busy with our trip to try to change rooms. We chose Hilton in part because we wanted a reliable hotel, and the fact that the room smelt was disappointing.

Great experience.

This is a great hotel for relaxing and visiting Disney Springs. The store offers breakfast sandwichs, but they are not the greatest and high priced. Disney Springs offers better experience, but you do need to walk over.

The property is ok, the beds are a little hard. Parking is an extra charge but they dont tell you till after you check in. There is a sign in your room letting you know. The staff is ok but they dont really want to give any information, and i was told i would get a text when the room was ready, but i guess they forgot. So far i can say i should have stuck with IHG. :( šŸ˜ž

I thought it was great to be able to get a beautiful hotel at a good price and with a great location - right across from the Disney Springs shopping center with an easily walkable bridge right across the pool center. Very relaxing, fun experience.

Wrong room was given upon check in so we had to rechecking for a different room. Then there were maintenance project going on, creating lots of construction noise but we weren't warned ahead of time and there was no apology when we voiced our noise complaint.

Room wasn't ready, which is understandable, but reception asked us to wait nearby and never checked to see if the room was ready. After 30 minutes I walked up to her to inquire, she didn't remember me! No recollection of our previous conversation, NOT acceptable, I'd be waiting all day for a call back. Has to be a better way.
