Holiday Inn Airport

The general condition of the hotel was good. The ac was not operating correctly in the lobby area, it was warm. The rooms were adequate, I had a king room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable, they seemed to be worn out. The lobby store was adequately stocked and the coffee shop was good. The dining room was average. The door to our room was not easy to close, it required one to pull very hard to get it shut and to push hard to open. We were surprised that there was no safe in the room. The shuttle to and from airport was good, driver was nice and it was on time. The front staff was excellent!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service provided is great. They let me check in early. It is a very convenient location, close to the airport and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean but you can see some age to the building. Was very happy with my stay.

As we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted by 'Amy' at the counter. Very nice to have a friendly, outgoing person working the front desk ! Means a lot when you're traveling. And, she provided all good info about using the airport shuttle too. All good.

A Nice Transit Hotel near MCO Airport.

Stayed in this full service hotel for one night on the way to a cruise excursion. Nice experience despite the age of the property. There is GoPort shuttle from this hotel to Port Canaveral cruise terminal.
