Very nice staff. Seemed clean but the room we were in had bed bugs. My son was eaten up by bed bugs didnt realize at first what was going on until my husband saw one in the bathtub. The staff was generous on helping us out with a refund but it doesnt help what happened to my son.

When I arrived to check in, at 7pm, I was told my room wasn’t ready. They could give a time that it would be, “have a seat and wait,” I was told. I decided to run an errand and when I returned, At 8:30, it was ready. For the hassle I was given a breakfast coupon for the next morning, which I could t use. When I arrived to my room, there was a random part to the toilet on the bathroom floor. The room was fine, and daily freshen up was nice. I’d likely stay at a different hote in the future though.
