The staff at the front desk was excellent. But as for the kitchen buffet staff, 2 out of the 3 who I verbally encountered were the pits. One young lady who I think was a cook or perhaps just helped with setting up, and one young man who was restocking the plates, did not greet me at all when spoken to. Neither smiled and had looks on their faces as though they did not want to be bothered. However, the young lady at the register who also cleared our table was friendly and kind with a smile. I would have given 5 stars for service, if not for the two who I've complained about.

Rooms need to be updated. They are very old looking like a funeral home chapel. The rooms did not look like what was posted online. Loves location of the hotel it was where all the food areas was but the hotel definitely need to be updated.

Everything about the Hotel was wonderful, especially the bar area, the gentleman who was the bar tender Eddie was very professional and the head cook was awesome we also loved the pool, it was just a nice atmosphere and we told everyone in our family that we were in the Wedding that we went to.

I didnt like that the hotel bar opened so late in the day, and the food menu was not a big varity of foods. The shuttles to parks need to be more of available times. Orherwise the hotel stay was great and the bartender is a great awesome wonderful bartender dont ever get rid of him. Need more workers like him, all the other employees were awesome also
