the breakfast buffet that was advertised was not at all how it was. for $17 a person, i was hoping to have actual hot food & cold fruit/yogurt. but unfortunately the cold items were above room temp and the hot food was cold. the food was mediocre at best and was prepackaged/precooked “hot” food. we ended up getting our money back for it , however it seemed like none of the staff was shocked about it. there was an awful smell coming from our a/c, we had zero water pressure in the shower and the shower head was caked with calcium and mold. any time we called down to the front desk for something , it was never brought to our room. we finally checked the pool and hot tub out and the hot tub was not actually hot, more like bath water & disgustingly cloudy. the pool was decent but very dirty on the bottom.
