This massive, luxurious 6,223 square foot vacation villa (sleeps 30+ guests) is located in the Gated Community of Solterra Resort, just 20 minutes from Disney! With 14 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, spacious game room, modern kitchen, expansive living room area, 2 laundry rooms, plenty of free parking, and an oversized private/covered pool, this vacation oasis has all the amenities and space for your next dream vacation.

Perfect for large groups, we host family reunions, golfers, anniversary celebrations, church groups, business retreats and multi family vacations, to name a few.

This is 1 of four 14BR/15BR vacation villas that we own ... all on the same street. That means we can host a large group of over 100, if you are looking for accommodations for a large, special event.

Although homes this large are rare in the Orlando area, we set ourselves apart from the other large property owners by providing massive spaces that are maintained, cleaned and updated, just like guests experience at upscale resorts. Cousins Reunion

We held our Bi Annual Cousins Reunion in FL at your property and we had a wonderful week. Your home was warm & inviting. While there were a few very minor issues - they did not stop us from having a wonderful time. We enjoyed the crazy game room and the pool area was great ( pool lights would have made it even better). The resort activities were wonderful - Loved the lazy river. Our group took a lazy day and enjoyed it with a few cold drinks. Overall Huge success for our reunion - Thanks again!!!

60th BIRTHDAY Celebration

My 60th Birthday Celebration consist my 3 beautiful daughters, my 3 sisters, my 2 neices, my 1st cousins and my Co-Workers and friends total of 21 females. This Villa accommodate everyone and we really had an amazing time of fun and laughter. There were little issues of the house but I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa its well kept clean . I will definitely be back again soon.

2023 Watkins Family Reunion

The vacation home was amazing. The listing was factual. Everything was set up prior to our arrival, such as the grill with propane, heated pool. I loved the daily trash pick-up. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to our request. Our family has done a few of the vacation homes for our family reunion and this so far is the best!

Disney Family Vacation 2023

This property is beautiful and spacious. There were some small, normal wear & tear on the furniture, throughout the house and on the patio furniture, but nothing major. Every room was just as pretty as the online pictures. We were not disappointed. Our communication with the property manager, Dairo, was great! We actually met the cleaning crew on our arrival; and they too were very friendly. We met the pool guy on our second day, and he was polite. Dairo (P.M.) was quick to respond to any concerns we shared; he made us feel right at home. Our check-in and check-out process was a breeze. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Annual Church Retreat

Our stay was amazing, the property was clean and communication with property manager was great. However there were couple of issues that we encountered that put the stay at a standstill. First was the internet, it kept going out while we were in the middle of our sessions. Second was the line at the entrance gate, we went out to dinner on Friday and returned to the property and it took approximately 45 minutes to get back into the property. The line was all the way down to the main road by the gas station unreal. Lastly was the parking we were only allowed 5 parking spaces but we had 7 vehicles, and if we had parked in the parking spaces shown, vehicles would have been towed. Suggestion to owners of the property please consider other options for guests to enter the property during peak seasons, we would love to make this property our annual marriage retreat home every year but the biggest concern was the traffic at the entrance gate. Thank you for a wonderful stay
