We stayed in 6 different hotels during our visit to Florida and Georgia. The Hyatt House International Drive was by far the cleanest and the quietest of all the properties visited despite it's relatively modest price. Factor in a decent free buffet breakfast, free on-site parking and NO ridiculous "resort fees" and you have a winner. Puts the other properties with exorbitant parking and resort fees to shame.

Worked well for a quick getaway to Universal Studios. Only about a 5 minute drive from the parks, but they do seem to offer limited time slot transportation to Universal. To Disney as well for a small fee. Overall pleased with the stay.

The 2 bedroom suite was good for our trip. Rooms were clean except for the random pieces of hair. The rooms are super thin and you can hear the other guest in the connected to room. The elevator malfunctioned while we were in it and we had to call for help (no one was hurt) it lasted less than a minute but definitely a scary moment for me and my family.

It was not a good experience…We had to change rooms three times with our luggage and children before we got our reservation. The water in the shower was cold, we took a cold shower on the first day. When checking out I was unexpectedly charged for the TV without any hotel notice. I think this is a consumer trap. The hotel has an obligation to let consumers know the potential consumption to decide whether to choose it rrather than telling you at checkout that you are responsible for the uninformed consumption. This feels like being cheated. If the hotel collects security deposits in advance, it should also clearly inform guests of what they will spend during their stay.

The hotel and staff were great! Beautiful room. My only complaint is the barn door for the bathroom did not give much privacy and the air conditioner was very loud! We had a joining room but only booked one room so you could also hear the neighbors through the door as if they were right next to you. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect For Your Next Orlando Stay

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The beds are new and extremely comfortable. they were not too firm nor too soft. they were "just right." Even the pillows were soft and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with supplies. Even the continental breakfast had a lot of good choices. The only thing I can think of which didn't affect our stay was I would not use the pull out sofa for adults. Kids would be comfortable on it but not adults. The mattress was skimpy. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great stay

Newer property conveniently located near parks. Very clean and the suite was spacious. The king bed is more like a queen though. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with the usual buffet fare. Had a great stay and would return.
