The staff was great. I learned that after the rooms are cleaned, there is an additional cleanliness check before they say the room is ready. The beds are very confortable. Room is very quiet. Breakfast was surprisingly very good! Plenty of choices. Each day was similar but slightly different from the day before. Always nice fresh cut fruit. We wind up getting a car instead of uber and shuttle.... It made life easier. Without a car, your ability to get to places is limited.

I like that the staff was super friendly and very helpful in recommendations aroind the area and explained the hotel accomidations. Really enjoyed Orlando and the Hyatt really exceeded my expectations. Really recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to visit Orlando. Also less than 10 min. drive all of the Universal Studios Theme parks.Thank you Hyatt staff and will be returning soon.
