Festival Resort has some fantastic facilities for guests to enjoy. These include kids waterpark, arcade games, a heated swimming pool with private cabanas, putt-putt golf course, volleyball courts, Ice cream shop and large fitness centre. For those wishing to spend the day closer to home or dine at the resort, there is an on-site bar and grill, and a convenience store.



Our home is conveniently located just a short drive from Orlando's most famous attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Outlets.





*This inviting Airbnb features a step-free guest entrance, ensuring easy access for all. The accommodation offers step-free access to the bedroom and bathroom, complete with a step-free shower and convenient shower grab bar. Additionally, for added accessibility, a shower or bath chair is provided.





**Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find a fitness center, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
