Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bagged trash (no loose items) in the front door bench 7-10 AM. For excess or after-hours trash, use the compactor by the clubhouse.
Punctual check-out is critical. We offer a grace period until 10:30AM. Overstays will incur a fee of $100 per hour, up until 1:00 PM. Overstays after 1:00PM will require us to involve authorities.
Close and lock all doors and windows. Before exiting, press the lock icon on the front door locker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
