We had a nice time with friends. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The clubhouse pool area was very crowded so I would recommend going early in the morning or later in the day.

Great location and development

Nice unit in a great location. Love the water park pool. Unit was nice and modern. Good communication. Dryer broke while we were there and it was replaced the next day. We left some items and they immediately let us know and arranged to send it to us. We’ve left stuff behind at places before and no one has ever tracked us down to let us know. So appreciative!

No internet

Internet was not working...had to use hotspot all weekend to watch TV...spoke with property manager and he just kept giving excuses for why it was not working...he finally got it fixed after we checked out and was back on the road home.

Started off Rocky but Ended Well

First night, one of the tub knobs would not turn off. Communication was frustrating and was asked to turn off water to entire dwelling - had to look in front and back of property because they didn’t know where it was located - very scary not knowing anything about property or people around. Plumber arrived the next morning and fixed faucet. Other than that, property was nice, very clean, towels were small but did the job. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The townhome and location were fine. The living area was inadequately furnished to suppot 4 let alone potentialy a family of 8. They supply 3 different remotes that are all required to be able to watch tv. But no instructions are provided. If you have happen to order/cook something that requires a sharp knife you are out of luck since there are only 2 paring knives and one larger knife. More than 4 people cant drink wine at the same time you are out of luck. Someone entered the property while we were gone. No one notified us. The owner/ agent was responsive to our calls We would not stay there again because the amenities for the price.
