The hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing and beautiful. But the hotel has a perfume that comes through the vents that is excessively strong. My daughter is allergic and unfortunately, due to the strong smell.She spent the two nights that we were there coughing.The second we would step into the hotel, and especially at nighttime.Because the perfume comes through the vents, we were told.

1. Breakfast was decent, but given the location (Orlando), the owners should anticipate stays for weeks and incorporate more variety in the offerings. 2. Great hotel. Appreciate the uncarpeted floors, and the cleanliness. 3. Room lacked simple stand to place suitcases. Also lacked table to eat. 4. Cleaning is once every three days. If a room is skipped or guest elects to rest in the afternoon the room doesnt get cleaned for six days. 5.Decor was nice. 6. Friendly workers 7. Adequate parking 8. Bed was comfortable. Covers were nice. 9. Good location.

There is an extra charge for early check in even when they have vacant rooms. There is no free coffee. Parking is $14 a day. Seemed to buckle and dime you for everything. Room design is a bit strange. Not a door for the bedroom in a suite.

Overall, the hotel is very new and offers good value. However, the front desk staff were a bit slow during check-in, and we had to ask several times for extra bedding for our kids to use the sofa bed. I also wish the room lighting was warmer instead of bright white LED, though that may be a personal preference. Additionally, note that the bathroom doesn’t have a grab handle, which could be inconvenient for seniors or guests with mobility issues.

I'm always cautious about staying at different hotels but this hotel was absolutely amazing! It was stunning and absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean, the staff was so kind and helpful. The property and pool area was gorgeous! Multiple hot tubs and saunas. Large pool with a play area for kids. Less than 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Walmart directly across the street, literally a 3 minute drive. I will be staying at this hotel whenever I'm in this area.
