The staff did their best but could tell that they were overwhelmed. Front desk person had to answer multiple phone calls and check in guests. Shuttle services to the airport were limited to certain gates as well as times. The pull out bed was not ready for guest to use and couch was stained. No soap in the bathrooms. Keys not programmed correctly. Overall you can tell that the staff here is understaffed and conditions of the hotel are suffering.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle to and from the airport made things handy. The staff was professional and friendly. We had to leave too early in the morning to take advantage of the breakfast, so can't comment on that. I have stayed here twice now, and had good experiences both times.

Great property, very clean and accommodating. Good communication. My only complaint is that the shuttle service ends at 9:30 PM and I would not have known this if I had not called the day prior. The cab was easy enough to get.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. I lost my ID within 12-24 hours prior to checking in to this hotel. I was there to check in at 10pm after a long day in Disney with my family. The women asked for my ID, I explained I only had my expired ID as I just realized I lost my ID on vacation. The women refused to help us. We tried to switch the reservation into my husbands name (as he put his debit card down for the reservation and your staff would not let us use his ID) and not allowed. We tried to just book two new double bed rooms as a walk in type customer. Staff said only king beds. Yet we had two rooms with double beds under our Expedia reservation. The staff let us sit in the lobby for over an hour with a crying 4 month old and 5 year old little girl. We were flying out the next morning and had to leave this hotel at 7:30 am. Women had no sympathy and refused to accommodate us in any possible way. She would have let us sit on on the street with our babies before she would help us all over my lost ID. Also I flew on and going through TSA with no ID was easier than checking in to this hotel we booked for one night. Also bathrooms were dirty and shower leaked all night

Elevator out of order and our room was on third floor. Television in room didn't work, wifi did not work. Hot tub was freezing cold. Our bathtub water had a constant run, which also made the tub gross from water build up. The bathroom door could not close. Worst hotel stay ever.

It's well located but the property is very run down, dirty and the breakfast is very basic and is done by 9:00 am. My room never got cleaned even though I requested it twice because there where dead roaches in the bathroom.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! The hot tub is broken, there’s no WiFi, they don’t come clean or provide any extra towels or bedding AT ALL, no utensils or bowls for any reason, the elevator is extremely unsafe and has no safety features almost closed in on my daughters hand had I not ripped it away. And when I complained to CORPORTATE we were kicked out of the hotel with no refund for the nights we didn’t even stay there!!! the hotel was TRASH.

Excellent stay at this friendly and convenient hot

This was the perfect hotel for our two nights stay. Close to the airport and an easy walk to restaurants and a shuttle to and from the airport. We took an Uber to and from Hollywood Studios and that worked out really well. Breakfast was good at the hotel and we slept better than at home! Very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again
