Dirty, rundown and outdated. Stains on popcorn ceiling and comforter. Has a smell to it that sticks to your clothes. Elevator looks like it is ready to come apart. No hospitality coffee for early departure guests. Pool constantly in shade of building and needs to be cleaned. Hot tub broken and covered with plywood. Pay extra and stay somewhere else!

Older woman was very rude to someone in my party. She didn’t know we had someone Spanish speaking in our group and knew what she was saying to her colleague. And, she was calling this individual a female dog using profane language which I’m not allowed to use in this post, as well as other things. She exhibited extremely poor people skills for someone working the front desk.

The shuttle service was very unreliable. They told us at 855 that 9pm was the last shuttle but on the website it said 10 pm was the last one. The communication regarding pick up spot was not clear. It should’ve been already on the website since it makes it easier for people to know where to wait. Eventually, we did make it to the shuttle pick up and it came around 9:30 but it was full so she went back and picked us up on the next trip. Hotel elevator was much older and the shower enclosure in our room had some mold . It’s an older hotel with more like 2.5 star cleanliness rather than 3 stars as claimed on hotels.com.

Room was clean and big. Staff was very helpful. Location is great. Only problem is the free airport shuttle only holds a few people and you have to reserve it at the desk the day before. Not a reliable way to get to the airport as a result. Uber is cheap and quick. Otherwise, was a good stay for what we needed!

I got a king suite for the money it was a fairly good room staff was amazing the only thing I didn’t like is not being aware that there wasn’t free parking most people don’t know until check in also the elevators would malfunction from time to time . Words can’t express how awful this hotel is. I was told during the first day of my 4 night stay that I shouldn’t ever expect a hotel to have hot running water, since it’ll “never be as hot as home”. Staff sent maintenance to my room who told me lukewarm water is about as good as it gets, and to contact Expedia. Clearly I couldn’t stay without being able to bath for 4 nights so we left, without any of our money being refunded and booked elsewhere. Do NOT stay here. I have since had Expedia reach out several times and never once received a response. as I am single mother who spent a year of saving on this vacation for my kid and I am now out hundreds of dollars.
