The dedicated game room keeps the vacation going between park days. Enjoy racing arcade games, basketball, air hockey, arcade-style entertainment, friendly family competitions, and plenty of fun for children, teens, and adults.

🌴 PRIVATE POOL, SPA AND LAKE VIEWS

Swim in the private screened pool, relax in the spa, watch television outside, or unwind while overlooking the lake. The spacious pool deck includes lounge seating and covered outdoor dining, creating a peaceful place to enjoy sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings together.

OPTIONAL POOL, SPA AND GRILL SERVICES

Pool heat is available October through May for $55 per day, including tax. Spa-only heat is available year-round for $30 per day, including tax.

Heating services must be requested before arrival so the system can be activated in advance. Pool and spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outdoor temperatures are 55°F or below.

An onsite propane grill is available for $70 per stay, including tax. After payment, guests receive an access code. Please leave the grill reasonably clean after use.

🍽️ SPACE TO GATHER

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, and enough space for families to prepare meals, enjoy movie nights, and reconnect after full days exploring Orlando.

Wi-Fi, multiple televisions, and a washer and dryer are provided for added convenience.

Resort amenities, operating hours, access procedures, and availability are controlled by Emerald Island Resort and may change without notice.

VEHICLE ACCESS AND PARKING

Emerald Island Resort currently requires a vehicle access pass costing approximately $20 plus tax per vehicle, per stay, paid directly to the resort. All vehicles must be registered.

Please park in the driveway whenever possible. Vehicles may not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, grass, fire lanes, or restricted areas. Resort parking regulations are strictly enforced.

TRASH PROCEDURE

All household trash must be securely tied in bags before being placed inside the outdoor trash carts.

Do not place loose trash, food, liquids, open bags, or oversized items in or around the carts. Guests may be required to take excessive or overflow trash to the community’s designated disposal area.

HOUSE RULES

We want you to relax, have fun, and enjoy your stay! To help keep the home beautiful and comfortable for every guest, please review the house rules below.

Please place all trash inside trash bags before placing it in the outdoor carts by the garage. Loose trash in the carts may result in a $50 additional charge, as the trash service charges us for this.

Please keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. Florida weather is warm, and open doors or windows can affect the home’s cooling system.

Accidents happen. Please let us know right away if anything is damaged during your stay so we can address it quickly and keep the home in excellent condition for future guests.

To help maintain the home’s cleanliness, please keep shoes, food, and drinks out of the bedrooms and loft areas.

No pets are permitted. While we love animals, this home must remain pet-free for guests who may have allergies.

No parties, events, or gatherings larger than the confirmed reservation total are allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels and respectful of neighboring homes.

Please do not use tape, adhesives, sticky hooks, or anything similar on walls, furniture, stair railings, doors, or décor.

Remote controls should be left in the rooms where they belong.

Before departure, please remove all leftover food from the refrigerator and take any personal belongings with you.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
