PROPERTY:
This lake view home is one of the larger homes on Lake Berkley and boasts 7 bedrooms 7.5 bathrooms. This really is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting central Florida's attractions or just enjoying the home for everything it has to offer. This home is perfect for the larger families or groups. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs which gives every member of the trip complete privacy.

Two large family room areas and open kitchen lead out onto a large pool deck looking out onto the peaceful lake where you can watch nature at its best and sometimes being able to catch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. This large pool and spa comes with optional pool heating (contact us for a price) which we do recommend for stays between October and April. If you love to grill then this home has got you covered with a large bbq grill again overlooking the lake area.

The games room featuring pool table, foosball, basketball hoop, playstation and smart tv make this a perfect destination for kids of all ages to entertain themselves.

This home has many other features which will make your stay perfect such as fishing rods, BBQ grill, Smart TV's, Playstation 4, Games, Tennis rackets, fast speed wifi, keyless entry 24/7 and safe.

Once you enter you can easily move around the resort and use the communal facilities. This resort really does have everything on your doorstep, from the Walmart next door to the local restaurants and bars conveniently located close by.

This was one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had near Orlando. The villa was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated.The amenities were top tier. Our private, screened-in pool and spa made for a perfect nightly retreat, and the game room was a massive hit with the kids. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, making family meals effortless.The location was great—roughly 30-40 mins from the parks in a safe, peaceful, gated community. Host communication was exceptional; instructions were clear, and every small question was answered instantly.We highly recommend this property and will absolutely be back!
