Welcome to Lana Paradise! This 10 bedroom, 8 bathroom newly built 4383 sq. ft. home is located in the Windsor Island Resort, a new resort only a few short miles away from Walt Disney World® Resort. The open floor plan is perfect for the whole family to gather together, whether its relaxing in the living room on the large sectional, or enjoying evening dinners at the formal dining tables that can comfortably seat 12. There is also additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a en-suite and the other sharing a family bathroom. One room is a King master-suite and the second room is a themed room for all wizards featuring a King bed. On the ground floor you can also find the game room full of endless entertainment! Featuring dual Fast & Furious drivers, basketball shooters, Legends multi-arcade, Big Buck shooter, skee-ball and air hockey, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.

Located upstairs are the remaining 8 bedrooms, 4 of them being themed kids rooms. There are 3 king rooms with their own en-suite, 1 king room that will share a bathroom with our favorite enchanting family which includes a twin/twin bunkbed. There is also a galaxy themed room which includes a custom built full/full bunkbed, with an en-suite. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both elaborately themed for the kids to have the best time! The princesses of the group can step into their own custom built castle with a twin/twin bed and the little ones can have a blast with their favorite dogs featuring two twin beds. There is a family bathroom located upstairs which includes a walk in shower.

For the days when you just want to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle, the entertainment loft upstairs will be the perfect spot! Whether you want to relax on the comfy sofa and watch your favorite movie or play a game of pool, the loft will make for the best hang out spot. Unwinding outdoors will be mindless with your own private pool. You can lay on one of the 3 sun loungers or you can dine el-fresco at the dining table suited for 8. The kids can have fun in the sun playing with the pool basketball, giant connect four and even corn hole!

At Windsor Island Resort, you will have access to the world-class amenities right within the resort such as, Resort-Style Community Pool with Dual Water Slides, Lazy River and Hot Tub, Spash Pad Area for Kids, 24-Hour Manned Security at the Entrance, Firepit Area, Poolside Mini Golf, Basketball Court, Soccer Field, Clubhouse with Outdoor Bar and Dining Area.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
