Not as advertised and amenities broken - AC stuck on heat, theatre did not have sound (was not fixed during week stay); heated pool did not work, hot water in bathrooms not hot. 3 companies confused about who was responsible to handle/fix something. The local company was responsive when we finally reached them, but don't try to get anything done on a weekend.
One of many things broken.

Great house, exactly as shown

This house was in a good neighborhood, well appointed and clean. Close to championsgate. A/C worked well, pool clean, kitchen very workable to make large meals. Good parking. Would stay here again.
