NIce house but issues

The house overall was very nice. We had asked about bbq grill and bought food to grill only to find out it was locked up and couldn't be used. we called but no one ever called us back. Also, kitchen water faucet stopped working on day 2. called but no one ever came to fix it. we were told it could take 48 hrs. we were leaving in 48 hours! tv in game room didn't work so no gaming availalbe either as advertised.
