Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of world-class golf courses, some located just 10 minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious living room, with a view of the pool area and direct access to the pool through the patio door. The living room is beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. The master bedroom (king bed) has an en-suite bathroom and a direct access to the pool. One Queen Bedroom (2nd Master Bedroom) and two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions and to a breakfast room. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. All rooms have flat TVs (ROKU TV): a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and 42" TV in the master bedroom.

You will enjoy a screened pool and padded pool furniture. Pool heating is available upon request and for an additional charge. The pool is protected with child safety fencing to help keep children safe. The pool area is private – it is not overlooked.

The game room features a professional grade slate pool / billiard table and a table tennis. Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room in the villa.

FREE fast unlimited internet connection with WIFI is provided in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

There is a gas grill (BBQ) available - FREE of charge to our guests.

The Tuscan Ridge Community also has a communal tennis court - FREE of charge.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient local property management company.

After full payment has been received, guests receive a 4-digit code for the door of the villa. This is a very convenient way how to get into the villa as you can arrive at any time and you do NOT need to drive to another location to check-in. In addition, guests receive a detailed ARRIVAL INFORMATION Document (incl. contact details of the local property manager).

The villa is easily reachable from the Orlando International Airport - approx. 35 minutes (32 miles, easy drive). The ARRIVAL INFO document contains detailed driving instructions.

Other distances: Disney World Magic Kingdom: approx. 15 miles and 22 minutes using Interstate Highway 4 (I-4). The Universal Studios: approx. 30 minutes, located next to I-4.

It's is a lovely home and the contact host was really helpful. The kitchen has everything you would need. The games room had a lot of fun things to keep you busy when it rained. The beds were comfortable. The only downside is it's distance from Disney is that's something that is important.

Even though the house is dated (kitchen and bathrooms specifically), everything was in working order. We came down in February 2026 from Pennsylvania to escape the cold and stayed for 33 nights. My daughter brought her family down for a week and we were conveniently close to Disney World! The grandsons enjoyed the heated pool and we had plenty of space for them to be comfortable during their stay. My only minor observation was the strong urine smell in the bathrooms - most likely attributed to older toilets and flooring. Nothing a few air fresheners couldn't handle.The neighborhood was quiet and safe.The host (Vera) was very quick to respond to my messages during our stay.I would recommend staying in this home!

We had a great time. Smoke alarm went off during our stay and we let the owner know. Battery was promptly changed. Property manager also brought over large pool decal to cover hole in pool floor. The owner was very attentive to our needs and any issues that came up. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect villa for our needs

What a great stay! Lovely apartment, with all the amenities we needed as a family. Everything has been thought about. The pool and games room were a highlight for our 7 year old. Everything you needed to self cater was provided, although we elected to eat out most nights. The measure of a holiday property is that you don’t need to think about anything … and we really didn’t! Absolute home from home. The only issue we had was attended to with real efficiency. Particularly want to mention how easy it was to communicate with Vera and Petr the owners. They were so, so helpful. The area was perfect for us - near Champion’s Gate, with shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. We were travelling in to Disney each day, rather than Universal, so staying south of Disney worked absolutely fine. Overall, Thoroughly recommended!

An absolute gem!

We - 2 adults + 2 teenagers - booked this lovely villa for a 3 week stay in August 2024. We immediately recieved all the relevant information from the owner, Vera. The communication was great prior and during our stay. The villa itself was immaculately clean (which is really important to us) and had everything we needed. It was so refreshing to find a fully equipped kitchen in self-catering accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and everything suited us perfectly. I've seen some other guest comments saying the property is perhaps older than others. It may be in some ways, but that does not affect it's comfort or functionality at all, don't let that put you off or you could miss out. Our teenage children made the most of the pool, it's a good size and regularly maintained by a friendly pool man! It also has the sun all day which kept the water a perfect temperature. The villa location was also great - out of the way of the hustle and bustle of central Orlando on a very quiet estate. We saw bald eagles fly over and also had a visiting racoon one evening! On average it took us about 25 mins to get to every Disney park and 40 mins to Seaworld & Universal. We used Google Maps to plan our journeys as it found the best routes to avoid traffic and postitively, there are many route options from the villa's location to the parks. The I4 can be a car park, so it was great to be able to avoid it at busy times! We highly recommend this villa and would there stay again.
