Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are available at the resort building for free.

This townhouse is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TV in every room, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.

Great Location

Close to all of the places we planned to visit.Excellent instructions were sent to us before arrival.Suggestion: Dispose of that risky recliner. The Disney rides are much safer. Your caution sign on the wall behind it might be considered an admission of liability.

Fantastic location for all Disney Parks

Condo was very clean, spacious and fulfilled all our needs and suited us perfectly with 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs and 3 bathrooms and separate loo. Living area could do with more comfortable seating and an upgrade. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen had large fridge freezer and all mod cons including a nice coffee machine . Bonus was the clubhouse where we ate 3 times and pool and slides were wonderful for us all. Perfectly located for all Disney Parks and Walmart . Would recommend.

Nice place, but with some issues

Overall, this was a nice place. However, there were a few concerning issues. We traveled with our 1-year-old grandson and the house was not child-proof. The coffee table was glass, which we had to move out of the living room. The floors were dirty. When our grandchild walked barefoot, his feet were black from grime on the floors. Under the living room TV, it was an electrical nightmare. There were too many plugs in one outlet. The kitchen had zero condiments, no salt and pepper, or storage containers. There was also a fire extinguisher about 3 feet off the ground mounted on the wall that we had to move because of our toddler. There was a blood stain on the upstairs comforter and stains on the sheets. I am not sure where that cleaning fee goes. Under the living room couch was a couple of old dog toys buried in dust. The place was nicely located to many food and entertainment areas and the pool was awesome. Other than the above mentioned items, the place was nice. It just needs a good thorough cleaning and a little updating.

Spacious townhouse

We spent a week at this property and it fit all our needs. The two rooms with the twin beds are great for the kids to relax and have their own space, they even have TVs! Then two king rooms, both with en suites! Everyone had their own bed and room to decompress after long days and nights at Disney! The owner contacted me with a small problem before we checked in. She was always available and the problem we fixed when we were out of the home at Disney. I loved the pool and the water slides on out off days. It was close to everything, affordable and spacious. I would definitely recommend a large family to stay! I can’t believe the hotel room we rented on site at Disney compared to this place. Even though we had to drive and pay for parking, it was streamlined and simple, not traffic jams! I loved it and will probably stay again when I visit Disney!

Regal Oaks

Everything from booking to communication with the owner was great. The property had everything that we needed... we had 2 full weeks planned at Disney and Universal. This property couldnt have been located any better. Its on the doorstep of old town which we spent a few nights in for evening meals and drinks. The onsite pool is clean and we managed to spot the local wild life... turtles, mini gator, deer, numerous lizards and racoons. The property is clean, beds were all very comfortable and rooms spacious. Recommend 5* review to any future guests. Thanks and we will be back soon. The Clarkes (England)
