Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Orlando. Perfectly located in the heart of central Florida. 8 minutes from Orlando international airport, 15 from downtown Orlando/Universal studios/Sea world, and 30 minutes from Disney world. The home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood surrounded by plenty of fast food, dine in restaurants, theme parks and lots of entertainment. Enjoy free private parking. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Please enjoy our free wifi during your stay. Smart tv in living room, smart tv in master bedroom. Private covered outdoor grilling/lounging area with a tv and fire stick. We welcome up to 2 dogs with a pet fee, no cats or other pets. Outside camera surveillance mandatory for your safety. There is a large pool on the property and it is not offered as a part of the listing as it is kept covered. Just put in your own streaming password. Overall the stay was okay. On our first night our bed broke we messaged the host and she told us to sleep in the sofa bed but we didn't pay to sleep in the sofa bed. She said that someone would come to fix it but they never showed up. The cleanliness needs some improvement. Don't even bother to relax in the back yard. The chairs were broken and there was a pool but it was nasty. The house overall needs some TLC.

It was ok, but missing a lot for the price.

It was ok, but missing a lot for the price.There were quite a few basic amenities that were missing that made our stay a little less than perfect. (Working can/wine opener, pot holders, scissors, dishwasher soap, plunger, etc.)The kitchen was quite dirty upon arrival. Literally every dish needed to be washed before use. There were lip prints on the wine glasses and grease/food residue on the dishes, but we washed the dishes and all was fine.The beds didn’t have comforters, just some smaller blankets to use, but a full comforter on each bed would have been nice.The beds were ok but the pillows are very flat, recommend you bring your own. The unfilled pool was not expected and the open drain line posed an issue for our dog as his foot kept slipping in, but after a while he learned to avoid it.The grill on site was dirty and not usable.Overall, the stay was ok.

The house was exactly what we needed and comfortable. The only downside for us was that there is an empty pool in the backyard. We would have been more comfortable if it had some sort of cover to prevent accidents.
