The community has a swimming pool, tennis court and childrens play area, also there is the golf club house. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Pool and spa this overlooks the 16th , 15th , 14th and 13th fairway of the golf course, with uninterrupted views to the conservation in the distance, the large pool deck faces south, there are many loungers, the large table and many chairs are under a lanai if shade is preferred.
As you enter the villa there is a TV/ Playstation lounge, with large corner leather seating, to the right, dining area this is to the left as you walk into the villa, with French style furniture, family lounge forms the centre of the house, large comfortable seating, HDTV DVD Player, patio door leading to the pool deck. the large kitchen has a breakfast bar, is fully equipped to cater for 12 people, with all the modern equipment.
Breakfast nook is situated next to the kitchen with large farmhouse style table and chairs, The family lounge, kitchen and breakfast dining area, forms one huge living space.The master bedroom has King bed, dressing table with feature mirror, door leading to the pool deck. Large walk in closet, en-suite with jacuzzi Bath and walk in shower. Queen bedroom with en-suite serves as pool bathroom also with full Bath / Shower.Upstairs is second master bedroom with king bed, TV. en-suite bathroom with combined Bath/Shower.
