Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have regarding your arrival.

Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we only provide a starter supply of essential items. These include:
Two garbage bags
Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
Paper towels
Dish soap
Hotel shampoo/conditioner and soap
We recommend that guests bring any additional supplies they may need during their stay, as we do not provide extra items such as detergent, liquid soap, or additional paper goods.

Extra Services
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know at least one day in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Pet Friendly
This home is pet-friendly. We do not charge an upfront pet fee; however, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if this policy is not followed or if any pet-related damage occurs.
Trash Collection Guidelines
Up to two household trash bags are collected daily. All trash must be properly bagged — no loose items are allowed. If you have more than two bags, they may still be collected but will be reported as a violation. For additional trash, please contact the HOA Office at (863) 663-6357 to arrange access to the compactor located at the Amenity Center.
Bulk pickup occurs every third Thursday of the month. Please place bulk items out the night before only.
Trash must be placed inside the trash bench by 10:30 AM for pickup starting at 11:00 AM. Do not leave trash outside overnight, as this may attract wildlife. Guests are responsible for cleaning any mess caused by improperly placed trash.
The following items are not accepted and may result in violations: loose trash, unflattened boxes, large TV or furniture boxes (must be taken directly to the compactor), individual grocery bags, leaking or excessively heavy bags, glass or sharp objects (must be double-bagged), and pet waste (cat litter must be double-bagged).
Please note that all reservations must be made by a guest who is at least 21 years old.
The Enclaves at Festival Resort Access
Guests staying at The Enclaves at Festival have full access to the community amenities. Simply use the key card provided in the home and sign in at the clubhouse entrance. Amenities include a resort-style pool, splash pad, restaurant and bar, fitness center, and more.
