Guest access
You’ll have private access to the entire home and screened pool & spa area throughout your stay.

Guests also receive complimentary access to Windsor at Westside Resort amenities, including:

Resort facilities are shared with other guests and residents.

Other things to note:

POOL & SPA HEATING
Optional pool & spa heating is available for $35/day and must be added for the full duration of your stay. Please request heating atleast 48 hours in advance so the pool can be prepared prior to your arrival.

Please note that our pool uses an electric heat pump, which relies on the outdoor air temperature. During unusually cold Florida weather, heating performance and achievable water temperatures may be reduced.

DAILY TRASH PICKUP
Daily trash collection is provided for added convenience—especially helpful for larger groups and longer stays.

RESORT AMENITIES
Community amenities are shared and may be subject to operating hours, community rules, maintenance or temporary closures.

FREE EV CHARGING
Traveling electric? Complimentary EV charging is available right at the house.
