This spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 rooms with 2 Twin beds each. There’s also a loft area—perfect for kids or extra relaxation space.

Step outside to the private backyard with a heated pool and outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Florida sunshine, poolside fun, or family meals together.

As part of the community, you’ll also have access to the clubhouse, featuring a gym and an additional pool, perfect for staying active or unwinding.

Guests have full access to the entire house and backyard with the pool. A small closet is locked for storage, and garage access isn’t included, but everything else is yours to enjoy!

Trash & Recycling: Pickup is every Tuesday. If possible, please place the bins at the curb on Monday night—thank you!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels in the bathrooms; no need to strip the beds.
Place all trash in bags and take them to the outdoor bins. If your stay includes Monday night, place bins at the curb for Tuesday pickup.
Turn off all lights and set the thermostat to 78°F (cooling) or 68°F (heating). Simply close the front door behind you — it will lock automatically.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
