Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn off all of the light , AC and close windows and door. Also left the key inside of the Lock box
Turn all off the trash in the Main container by the entry of the community. The Trash can have to be leave empty of trash other wise will be an extra charge of $100 thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Deplorable, unhealthy conditions (mold on all vents, cockroach droppings all along the kitchen, mold growth on the shower head). I checked out after one night of a planned 12-night stay and the host refused to refund despite photo evidence.

Felt like home
