The Master Bedroom has a ceiling fan over the top of a big comfy King size bed with night stands and power strips on both sides for your phone chargers. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV. The walk-in closet has extra blankets. Attached is a Master Bath with a beautiful Glass Door Shower a vanity with a large mirror and accent lights, toilet. Each bathroom comes complete with Towels / Hand Towels / Wash Cloths. The master has it’s own back yard access to the beautiful Pool!

A beautiful fenced in private pool awaits you after a full day at Disney World or Universal Studios. Night time swims are even better with String Lights glowing over the pool. (The pool does not have a heater)

The 2nd Bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a night stand and a power strip for phone chargers. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a closet with blankets. Close by is Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower comb, vanity with mirror, and toilet.

The 3rd Bedroom is a fabulous bunk room with 9 twin size bunks all with memory foam mattresses. The bunds are securely made into the wall for safety, where your energetic kids will have great fun. There is a power strip for those hungry phones to re-charge.

The Great Room has 2 daybeds with twin size memory foam mattresses which is great fun to lounge on and watch your favorite show or sleep on as your group needs. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV for y’all to enjoy great shows as a group or sit down at the coffee table and enjoy a card game.

The Kitchen has a 2 door Refrigerator with freezer, dual basin sink, freestanding electric range/oven combo, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. Our kitchen is stocked with skillets, pots, pans, plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons, and all you need to cook and eat regular meals. When your done cooking...no worries, put it all in the dishwasher and let it run! There is seating for 6 at the kitchen table in the kitchen, 4 more at the round dining table in the living room, two can sit and eat on the tall bar stools at the bar and if you need them there are tv trays for guest use also.

In the 2 Car Garage there is the Laundry Room where you can make use of the electric washing machine and dryer. There is also a iron and ironing board for guest use.

Home is cooled by an electric central heat and air HVAC with a digital thermostat. High Speed WIFI internet transmits from a cable modem.

Home sits on a grassy lot with lush tropical plants to complete the corners of this nice space. Charcoal BBQ grill with cover stored in the garage for evening grilling in the drive way. (Charcoal and Starter fluid NOT PROVIDED). After a fun day at the Theme Parks, enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool ringed with romantic accent lighting.
