Beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath Villa at Marriott Cypress Harbour Resort with multiple pools, lake and lakeboat access, lots of resort amenities like basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, daily activities. Close to SeaWorld Orlando and a short drive to DisneyWorld and Universal Parks. You will need your own vehicle or Uber.

Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. ADDITIONALLY, please be aware that I need to know the person's name ON THE BOOKING REQUEST at the “Time guest submits Booking, or Booking Request” ( NOT on an inquiry ). PLEASE NOTE that; If no name is stated, the name on the right column of the VRBO Booking Request Page will be entered on the reservation -and- (name CANNOT be changed on the guest VRBO Account after the booking is accepted, in an attempt to avoid this requirement). The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a security deposit of $100 against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.
