The kitchen was very well stocked. The VRBO was clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Our host, Vance, was very responsive and helpful. We did not use the gym but very much enjoyed the large pool area.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Vance. We needed some general information before arriving in Florida and received prompt answers to our questions. The villa is very clean and welcoming. It was much larger than we expected. There's a bedroom on the main floor with its own bathroom, and then two bedrooms upstairs with two more full bathrooms. We felt right at home. The amenities (Regal Palm) are within easy walking distance. Everything is designed for a pleasant stay. When we return to Florida, we will definitely rent Vance's villa again! Thank you, Vance, for contributing to this memorable week!

Take my advice and do yourself a favor, check out the destinations and residences at VRVhomes.com because VRV's Enterprises and LLC Properties never disappoint! Last year I discovered Vashay's Caribbean Hideaway, a breathtaking Villa in Antigua and it was one of the most Beautiful, Relaxing and Enjoyable locales I have ever visited. Thus, I actually stayed there for 3 whole weeks!! And now this year, I gave yet another of his properties a try and it was AMAZING!! THE BEST FAMILY VACATION IN YEARS!! This Davenport townhouse, (Vashay's Lovely Vacation Pad), was perfect. With its fully stocked kitchen, immaculate bathrooms and extremely comfortable bedrooms, this place easily accommodated all 8 persons in my group. Also, the amenities, such as the pool,(with its highly attentive staff), the Arcade Room, (which was perfect on those rainy days), and its spa, gym and on site restaurant kept everyone, even our finicky five year old, entertained to the utmost. Oh and I guess I should mention that all of this is just 22 minutes away from DISNEY WORLD!! JACKPOT!! So THANK YOU once again for yet another BLESSEDLY AMAZING VACATION. My Family and I are already planning our return.

Would be 5 stars..

Property clean, comfortable and convienent. Excellent amenities available. Would be 5 star rating but the living room needs a recliner and an end tabke or two and the downstairs bedroom should have a nightstand and some drawers. We would absolutely stay here again. Its a great value. Thanks to Vance for making us so welcome and comfortable.
