Located in Orlando's most luxurious gated community, Emerald Island Resort!! This luxurious homes includes an over sized, south facing pool and Jacuzzi spa with an extra large patio. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks!! Each home has a theme: Mickey, Pooh, Nemo and Tinkerbell.

Included with this home are all the resort community features. These include an on-site management and concierge service, two community pools and spa, a tiki bar for drinks and snacks, volleyball, tennis court, cyber-cafe, play area, arcade, sauna, and nature trails for biking and picnics.

This luxurious resort is only three short miles from Walt Disney World, and there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance.

The spacious and beautifully decorated living/dining room has a convertible queen sofa bed and a fully-equipped Entertainment system. This includes a large screen TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo system all for your entertainment pleasure.


Leading from the living/dining room is the upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic top range, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave.

Along with a convenient breakfast bar with bar stools and separate breakfast nook for informal dining with a view of the pool. Everything has been thought of from the Mickey Mouse toaster and waffle iron to the blender for those frozen drinks by the pool. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located just off the kitchen area. If this isn't enough, the garage has been converted to a carpeted games room complete with a pool table, air hockey, Foosball, and TV. The games room also has a child size sofa and a table with bar stools for the grownups.

The home has four bedrooms that sleep up to ten people. The Master Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, and patio doors that lead directly to pool and Jacuzzi spa, Cable TV, private telephone, hair dryer

Master bathroom with separate shower, marble top counter with double sink. The second Master Bedroom also has a queen-size bed with cable TV. Two twin bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each room is specially designed for children, and includes Disney themed decor, Cable TV, and plenty of toys and games. The second bath has a separate shower/Tub and includes a hair dryer, and all bath and pool towels.

Overall, very nice house with good location for Disney. Would provide be great in summer, but we were there in December and paid extra for heated pool and hot tub, but it was nowhere near warm, especially the hot tub which was barely warm. Hard to pay extra and not get what was expected, but other than that had a great time.

My Magical Homes- Mickey Themed

We initially booked for this property, but ended up staying at another property by the same owner. (VRBO 7658260) Our stay was fantastic. The house was great! Everyone enjoyed the pool and game room. We were less than 30 minutes away from Disney and some of the other parks. Jane was great and responded quickly to all messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home

We had an amazing stay. Listing was exactly what was seen in person. Home was very comfortable and a lot of fun with all the games provided in game room and with the pool/hot tub. Very close to restaurants and shops and not too far from all the parks. It was perfect for my family! Only issue was we didn’t stay long enough!

Nice villa, great location, poor communication

The villa is nice, could do with a few minor upgrades though. The rusty bathroom door that doesn't open out to the pool, the wonky post on the 4 poster bed, the pool table needs re-covering. The tv wooden unit looks really old and tatty. Small things but would make a big difference if upgraded. Comms from the host are poor - the welcome information is all wrong, from the wifi password to the contact details of the managing agent. No instructions on how to use the aircon. She did arrange for the managing agent to come over on our first day and he was able to show me what I needed. And thank goodness because I also took down his contact details - this proved useful a few days later when the pool was not heating up very warm and I wanted to see if the temperature could be increased. Jane never replied to the 2 emails I sent about this, but Lee (magic villas 4u if you need to google his contact info) did and came round. Although he said the heating was set and couldn't be changed, we noticed after he left the pool was considerably warmer so he must have done something. Unfortunately we only had 3 days left to use it at this better temperature. Having paid nearly $400 for pool heating it was frustrating that it was only lukewarm for most of the stay and the owner ignored our emails about it. On a more positive note, the villa is nicely styled with lots of Winnie the Pooh and Mickey stuff, and the location is great. The games room is also good to use.

Okay Getaway

This was a cute place. My grandboys enjoyed the pool and game room. The furniture was was not stable and the main bathroom had a moldy odor. The master bathroom had rust stains on door going out to the pool. The neighborhood is nice, it was quiet until our last two nights. We had noisy neighbors. It is still an okay home away from home. My family had a great time.

Close to everything

Emerald Island is a nice and safe resort area to stay in. It is close to everything for your Disney vacation. This is our third time staying in this area, but our first in this particular home. The owners are pleasant to deal with. Overall the home met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The home was fairly clean although we did have a minor issue with the oven, which was addressed with the property managers and will hopefully be remedied for future guests. The property managers were responsive and friendly and answered our questions in a timely manner. The only thing I would mention is that a heads up for future guests would be helpful if and when work is needing doing to the house. We returned from the park one day to find a technician waiting to get into the house to replace a remote and some cabling for the tv. On another day a screen company arrived to replace the pool fence. Just a heads up to guests would go a long way. I do realize that these companies don't always give the property managers notice though either, so this can't always be avoided. The only other issue we had during our stay was that the garbage bins for the home were filled by other homes and we barely had room for what little garbage and recycling we had. May be something for the property manager to discuss with neighboring property managers / owners or with the resort? Was a little frustrating.... As stated, overall the home itself met our needs and we enjoyed being so close to everything. It was too cold to use the pool during our stay, but it looked nice and there is a little bit of privacy directly behind the pool area. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great for large families, clean and loved the amenities!

We had a group of 2 adults 4 teens and 2 small children and this home was the perfect fit for us. We were all comfortable, the house was very clean and fun! We enjoyed the game room and the screened in and heated pool and spa. The cable and internet worked great. There was plenty of cookware and utensils to prepare meals and the dishwasher and laundry machines worked fantastic. The water for showers was always hot and the AC was always cool. The property manager was always attentive, when we wanted to extend our stay and have the pool heater adjusted he responded immediately and was very friendly and helpful. The location to Disney parks was very close, less than 10 minutes to the Disney World gates. We will definitely stay here again in the future!! Everything about our stay was perfect, and this made our family vacation so enjoyable, we did not want to leave!! Thank you Jane!

Everything was great, heated pool and hot tub, toys and games for the kids and of course the location is perfect for Orlando. Everything was provided with exception of dishwasher tablets or other minor shopping needs. But then again the Dollar store is around the corner. Will stay here again!
