No breakfast was included like the hotel said it would be. They wasted my time for a timeshare presentation that they didn’t even allow my brother nor my parents participate in because their area wasn’t marketable but I’m from the same area so that made no sense that they would target me but couldn’t include the rest of my family in the same home address? We weren’t told of any of the amenities included in the hotel stay until I attended the timeshare presentation then I found out what all the hotel had to offer and what was included and what wasn’t. During our tour we almost got hit in the parking lot riding around in a golf cart with the guy doing the tour and he had no idea what was happening until my dad reached out his arm to punch the back windshield of the vehicle getting ready to run us over. The building we stayed at was missing half of the ceiling. We were told they had just acquired this building and it was going to be renovated. Because I had booked through Expedia, Hilton did not honor the points I was going to get for staying there so they removed them at check in. Only reason I didn’t book through my Hilton app was because I got a better deal on Expedia. Unpleasant experience. I won’t be staying here again! Rude customer service, bad check in, bathrooms were dirty, sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed.

We absolutely love this place. Have chosen it over Disney resorts many times. The rooms are huge and have anything you need. Heated pools, oversize tubs and comfortable beds. What more do you need. F
