This was my second time staying and I think it’s a great value but it could use a deep cleaning. The two bedroom suite was spacious, modern and very comfortable. You can just tell the floors haven’t been cleaned thoroughly. Fortunately all the surfaces were. It’s just disappointing to see crumbs in corners or big stains in the carpet.

Clean, attractive property with nice facilities. Golf and fitness facilities were very nice. Suite was nice. Property is quite spread out, but contributed to quiet nature. Staff was polite… I would definitely return to this property.

Just awful.

My son has medical issues so called 2 times before check in for a first floor room. They had one available but instead chose to throw us in a 3rd floor room with broken elevators. Two hours later we get into a big infested 1st floor room. Spider, mosquito and other big issues. Room smelled like cat pee. Doors to rooms were heavy and noisy. My son had a medical emergency while there. Called up to see if they could help accommodate us for an extra night considering how horrible our experience had been…. Said they call me back after managers discussed and never got a call till after we had to try to wake him to check out, after being in the hospital all night. Offered meal tickets and barely a discount to extend our stay for my son to rest. Then we were Still in the area day after check out and called to see if we forgot a little bag we needed with meds. We couldn’t find it. They REFUSED to check for us, said I had to go through a website to have it mailed if they even had it. MEDS!!!! Needed meds. Absolute THE worst experience we have ever had. The staff was rude as well. Saw my husband struggling to get stuff off the elevator, they refused to move out of his way or help.
