It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.
Please be respectful owner lives in another unit on property.
Private 1 bedroom condo.. It has a 55" flat screen tv, queen size bed, small table with 2 chairs, couch and love seat.

Affordable, no-frills stay in an amazing location. Clean, simple, and budget-friendly — perfect if you value location over luxury.

Lake Eola views within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center.
Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.
