One of the closest units to the pool, this home is centrally located in Champions Gate 10 miles from Disney and 20 from Universal. Completely rehabbed with all new bedding and appliances (new stackable washer & dryer + dishwasher). Also just delivered, a new sectional sofa + dining room table + outdoor seating area. Grill to your hearts content on a new Weber steps off the main living area (no additional charge). Rewind after a day at the park or links watching your new 75'' big screen Smart TV! Or walk to several restaurants and bars steps from the house. Private garage parking included! This unit also comes fully stocked with all the cookware you need for an extended stay, including oversize pots for all you pasta lovers out there. There's also a blender to assist in your "happy hour" plans, as well as a Keurig for those relaxing mornings watching the sunrise. Need to do a bit of work while on your FL vaca? No problem, a foldable desk is available with excellent wifi coverage on both floors. Baby in tow? Got you covered, new crib ready for all your little one's napping needs.

With 2 main bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs + king beds in each), 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the newly updated resort-style pool and hot tub, with all new chaise lounges + bar-height tables & chairs.
