No communication

The home was nice, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The blinds were all broken. They didn’t have any decent pans or cooking utensils. Bowls supplies were very limited. They did not leave the expected and told items at the home communication was horrible. Contacted her to have them fix the blinds the toilet ran the entire week we were there. Nobody came to fix it. Not happy with communication. She never contacted me again even when I sent her multiple emails.
