Newly remodeled small home in the charming town of Winter Park, Florida. This is an older home with many updated and decorative touches. Very comfortable and cozy. Plus a closed-in front porch and a screened-in back porch.

Roomy bedrooms and a living room, with an eat-in kitchen and a smaller bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a detachable shower head and a modern sliding glass door. New vanity, sink, toilet, and fixtures. The eat-in kitchen seats 4, with plenty of cabinet space and a convenient pantry cabinet. There is a table on the back porch that seats 3 for outdoor dining.

There is a closed-in laundry room with a new stackable washer and dryer, adjacent to the back porch, and just a step away from the kitchen!

Attractive color scheme, with refreshing white and pastels and BOHO touches throughout.
