This light and airy executive home nestles within a beautiful natural conservation area, surrounded by tranquil woodland and sparkling lakes. It is elegantly furnished throughout, providing style and comfort. This enchanting villa has no rear neighbors and has a south facing pool, providing the warmth of the sun from sunrise to sunset. We believe we have provided features for everyone, from smart TV.s in every room to an ironing board, from luxury pool and spa, we hope you will find all you need. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, allowing you to sleep up to 8 people. The master suite offers a king size bed with views of the pool.. Ensuite facilities complete this area. The second master bed, has a queen size bed. Both master suites have their own remote controlled TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both equipped with twin beds and share the third bathroom. The open plan kitchen offers all modern conveniences. There's also a fully equipped laundry room. We've included a games room too – so no reason for anyone to be bored! Ready for outdoors? The extended deck allows for plenty of room for the luxury loungers located around the sparkling pool and spa. With conservation land and woodland beyond you have a secluded and private area for all that sun-bathing! And if you need a bit of shade on this south facing deck you have the benefit of the covered lanai where we have provided a table and chairs so you can even enjoy an snack outside.
