This house was filthy! Upon arriving we found mold on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. I informed the owners, purchased a new liner to replace the old, did not hear anything from them. Pros were location and size. Cons were many. The kitchen had dishes that were chipped, pots and pans I would have thrown out long ago. The appliances worked fine. The pool was nice, paid for it to be warmed which it was. The window sills, the sill at the sliding door weren’t clean. The walls needed painting, dust on the pictures. The base boards were dirty and looked like there was blood on one in the bathroom. Purchased the gas to use the grill. Had problems getting it started. it was very dirty as well. Ended up asking to be refunded which the owners acted immediately to refund. Two of the toilets had issues, one the chain was broken, the other kept sticking when you pushed the handle down, We paid for a clean house and it was not.

How was awesome. Only not great things are simply the age and cleanliness of the property. Fridge is dirty and missing shelves. All the carpet is needing to be replaced. Stained and smelly carpet. Broken garbage can in kitchen. Towels are simply a miss match of 20 different styles from the 90’s. Paint touch ups in the house are horrible. Spotted walls especially the upstairs. Garage is in-usable for parking. There is a pool table in there.

Birthday trip

Everything was great except the beds were hard as a rock, the pillows were flat as a pancake, sectional in the living room needs replacing as when you sit, you sink wayyyy down into the cushions & the pool fence gate was broken which is a huge safety risk having children around! But the house was clean, spacious & it served the purpose for our trip. The owner was very responsive to my requests & questions leading up to my stay! Also, i would definitely suggest moving checkout time to 11a!

Great stay in a comfortable rental

Very clean and comfortable, pool area fantastic, trash daily pick up a great thing, only minor comment is that a game room should have more than a pool table and 2 cue sticks and a phone number for calling hosta and property manager should be posted somewhere in the property, would definitely stay at this site again.

Amazing stay

Excellent for a big group, we were 19 in total and was a amazing stay. The house was clean and the house is accurate with the pictures. The clubhouse was great specially if you have childrens. Definitely we will stay again.
