Absolutely Perfect for Families – Spacious, Peaceful, and Close to the Parks! Our family of 8 stayed at this beautiful home for 12 nights, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We especially appreciated how safe and quiet the neighbourhood felt—perfect for unwinding after busy days at the theme parks. The location is ideal: close enough to all the major attractions, yet tucked away from the heavy traffic and congestion. It gave us the best of both worlds—easy access to the parks and a peaceful retreat to come home to. A special shoutout to Stoyan, the property manager, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. His attentiveness made everything smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this property to any families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay near Orlando’s top attractions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy, everything was clean and we had ample room for 5 adults and 4 children. Stoyan was very responsive and easy to work with. There were little touches like a Mickey Mouse sticker on the paper towel to tack it down. There were two pack n plays which was very helpful and toys for the kids to play with. The pool was great ( we heated it) and the hot tub was nice and hot and so great after long days at the park. It is very convenient to the parks too. We would highly recommend this home!

This property is amazing - it's a must stay. We booked it to stay at during our trip to Disney World. Our group tends to have high standards, and we were happily impressed. It was even better in person than in the photos. The house was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location seems to be a nice and safe neighborhood very convenient to the theme parks and groceries/gas. The owner is super nice, responsive, and professional. We will stay again.

Nice place, great communication

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were not very comfortable, and hot water was lukewarm, so unless you wanted a cool bath the soaking tub was not much use. Beautiful place. Only seating for 6 people in living room, but sleeps 10. We had a good time.

It was very spacious, with 5 bed rooms and a nice pool! The land lord was very honest, he actually returned the extra money paid for the pool because I didn’t use it! Very clean and close to Disney World. I would stay again!

Enjoyed the stay. Within 15 minutes of almost any need you may have. Owner is friendly and remembered our staying at his property last June. Good communication with the owner and accommodating our needs. One family member thought his bed was a little too soft, but that is personal preference. Mine was fine. We have been taking one of our children and their family at a time, and have returned to this property because we knew what to expect. Got good service. About our distant past, my wife and I have worked in the hotel business. She spent most of the time managing properties in Wyoming and Utah, as well as helping open new properties when they came on line for over 20 years, and she has now retired from that part of her life. What we look for is the guest service and cleanliness provided (which Universal Studios could take a lesson or two from her.) The owner has met all our expectations, better than what other VRBO property owners have provided.
