Disliked: Cleanliness
Not as it seems
The house with exactly like it looked in the pictures. Although the fine print would have came in handy. Couldn't check in till 4 when your flight arrives at 9 a.m. it's very frustrating but I understand part of the process. But very frustrating when you're forced to hang out at the pool and Resort in the neighborhood for 6 hours and spend $85 on 4 drinks at the pool But when you arrive at your house after 4 p.m. after no early check-in allowed at all and the place was barely cleaned didn't have enough pillows for 14 people. If the place was cleaned it was done in an hour or two. Check out is 10 a.m. that allows the cleaners 6 hours to clean blankets were not washed with stains on them.. then you want to go into a hot jacuzzi and then see all the way at the bottom of the agreement that you have to pay $25 a day for hot water LOL and then your next door neighbor hasn't been there for 6 months there's mold black water in the pool next to you and little frogs everywhere living in their pool coming into your establishment because there's holes in the screens that they never fixed never again will I rent from a corporate real estate renter. I'll go with a private owner any day of the week
