Our home offers everything that you need for an amazing trip for you, your your family and your friends! Our private backyard features a huge pool, outdoor shower & patio.
The main house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Master bedroom has 1 King bed and a private bathroom with double vanity
- Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed
- Bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed
- Bedroom #4 has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
- Bathroom #2 is in the hallway with double vanity
- Fully equipped Kitchen
- Family room with TV
- Dining room and additional sitting
The guesthouse offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
- Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed and is located by the entrance door

All furniture throughout our home is new, including Smart TVs in the living room and in every single bedroom for your viewing pleasure.
Our WIFI is lightning fast, providing the best speed for our theme park guests, business guests, and work from home guests.
Our private backyard is one of the main attractions that includes an outdoor dining area with a beautifully enclosed, massive pool with lounge chairs, patio with outdoor furniture and outdoor shower. This is the perfect place to come relax and unwind after a long day at the parks.
The kitchen includes all appliances including a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster and dishwasher. The home also has an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.
Baby on board? We offer complimentary Pack and Play and highchair before check in.
Do you have pets? We are dog friendly. Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason.
Pet fee is paid before checking-in.
Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your dog. Please review our pet rules.
The dog can be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk.
I encourage you to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION and look at maps before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate which are not ideal. These cities are far from everything, but feel free to stay there if you enjoy driving.
Focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking a vacation home.

Need early check-in/out?
We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can.
You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm.
Self-check in with smart lock for security, safety and ease of not having to carry around a key.
Parking on Driveway ONLY. for up to 4 vehicles. No street parking. No RVs or any large recreational vehicles.
