    4 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Terrific pool and playground, quiet location and convenient for getting around. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Would love to stay again and have already recommended the property to friends who will be traveling to Orlando.

    Great for Family Stay

    This condo is great for families with children! The pool and playground are just outside the door! The condo is not high-end, which actually is a plus when there are children. It has four bedrooms and 3 baths which was perfect for us. (We did struggle with the parking attendant just about every day. Our vehicle was registered, but there was one female attendant who kept telling us it wasn't registered! The other attendants said it was! A minor inconvenience.) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

    This was a perfect place to stay. Super easy to get to and since it was in a gated community I felt so safe! Close to Orlando and the many attractions there! Definitely recommend!

    Normally when I rent a home or condo, I find a few small things I have an issue with, but that's not the case here. Everything was great, the price was reasonable, the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, the owners had great communication...It's a gated community, so everything felt secure. There are several swimming pools and playgrounds on property along with a splash pad. There are several places to get groceries and a number of restaurants in the area. The big theme parks are typically a 20-30+ minute drive (depending on traffic) away. One word of advice, I would make sure your vehicle(s) are registered before arriving. You'll be given a link and instructions on how to do so. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if it's available

    Great stay

    This was my first time using VRBO and it was a pleasant experience. There was a hiccup at check in as the security guard sent us to the wrong building. Alex & Kristy are very responsive and flexible. There was a clog in the bathroom sink and the property manager was there the same day to fix it. Location was great. About 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Disneyworld. The Walmart & Target are only a couple miles away for supplies. The only thing is I wish there were some additional basic supplies. The property manager left some additional garbage bags when she fixed the sink, otherwise there was only the one in the trash can. There was only 1 Finish pod for the dishwasher, no sponge or dish soap. The other review said there were Tide pods but there weren't any this time. Beyond that everything else was great. I would stay there again if we go back to Orlando.

    Great Everything!

    I was in town for softball and had a great stay! This is a fantastic gated community. I had time to enjoy the pool, hot tub, workout facility (which was within steps of my front door) and do some shopping at the Nike Clearance Outlet I found less than 2 miles away! Kristy and Alex’s townhouse was clean and had everything I needed all the was down to laundry pods to help keep up with my daughters uniforms. This is my 2nd time staying in this location and if my daughters softball team comes to Kissimmee next year, I will for sure be back!

    Birthday Stay

    The unit was very clean and well maintained! A truly welcomed break from all the worries around the pandemic. It has all the amenities provided. The location to the main pool and grills are super convenient and the grounds are clean and well maintained. For a birthday weekend, we had a wonderful time with the family. Michael, the property manager, was extremely attentive to all needs and questions.

    Zuallererst: der Vermieter war supernett und hilfsbereit, hat immer sofort geantwortet. Danke! In der Anlage waren wir schon häufiger gewesen. Sie ist auch nach Jahren noch gut gepflegt, ruhig, sicher und sauber, die Geräte im Fitnessraum vielfältig und funktionierend. Auch das Haus selber war sauber und Toilettenpapier sowie -artikel in Reisegröße für die ersten Tage waren freundlicherweise vorhanden, daneben Kinderbuggys, Sandförmchen, jeweils zwei Surfboards und Tennisschläger sowie viele zusätzliche Strand-/Poolhandtücher. Was uns gefehlt hat, allerdings auf den Fotos abgebildet war, waren ein Wohnzimmertisch und die Plastikstühle zum Sitzen vor dem Haus. Zudem haben sämtliche Betten, außer dem Masterbed unten, extrem gequietscht. Aufgrund dieser für uns wichtigen Punkte gab es keine volle 10er-Bewertung, die ich ansonsten vergeben hätte. Dass außer einer Toilette oben keine Tür abschließbar war erwähne ich vollständigkeitshalber, war für uns jetzt aber nicht schlimm. Wahrscheinlich eine Vorsichtsmaßnahme, weil sich zu häufig Kinder eingeschlossen haben. Ansonsten hat alles sehr gut funktioniert und ich kann die Wohnung und deren Lage! bis auf die o.g. Punkte sehr weiterempfehlen. Ein hervorragendes Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis!
