The hotel is nice, nothing special. I've used it in the past, but on this trip I was surprised to find I was charged for parking and a resort fee, something I'd never been charged before. It bothers me because, in the end, they're hidden fees that upset guests by charging for services like the use of a pool they didn't even use, and I honestly didn't see anyone using it. I don't think I'll use this hotel again, as there are so many better, more comfortable options of equal or better quality.

The staff that greeted us was amazing respectful. She explained everything Detail by Detail asked us. If we were OK on the first floor. If not, she could’ve changed us to a different floor, took everything into consideration. The room was clean. Very quiet. Will be booking again.

A nice place to stay

This was a great experience with Pestana Hotel, very clean, friendly staff, and a great room… The hotel is new, so not alot of great views from the room, yet… but I’m sure once it’s built up around the area there will be. 10/10
