Welcome to Vista Serena, a vacation home designed from the ground up to offer a different experience in Orlando.
It features a private pool, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a special room for kids. Located in Storey Lake, just 15 min from Disney, with access to a clubhouse and resort-style amenities.
Every detail of this home was thoughtfully designed because we understand how important these days are with the ones you love and we want you to enjoy them the way you deserve.

After years of hosting guests, listening to feedback, and truly understanding what families traveling to Orlando are looking for, we decided to create Vista Serena: a functional, well-equipped, fun, and unique home, designed for adults, kids, babies, and large families alike.

We wanted more than something beautiful… we wanted something unforgettable. We know how hard it is to find a home that has it all: comfort, cleanliness, great condition, everything working perfectly, beautiful spaces, a great location, lovely views and hosts who genuinely care about you and your family. And we also know the feeling of arriving somewhere where you don’t have to worry about anything… just enjoy.

That’s why we turned all our experience into a home thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. Nothing here was improvised.

You will have full access to the entire home: private pool, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, workspace/desk, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You will also be able to enjoy several shared areas within the community.

Unlike many homes in Orlando, when you stay with us and choose to use the BBQ grill it’s on us. Just a small extra so you can enjoy your stay even more.

To help you settle in and enjoy your first days, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials:

• (3) Dishwasher pods
• (1) Kitchen sponge
• (6) Large trash bags
• (2) Small trash bags per bathroom
• (1) Paper towel roll in the kitchen
• (2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
• Hand soap dispenser
• (1) Travel-size kit per bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion
• (3) Laundry detergent pods

Please note: By Florida law, we are not allowed to leave opened food items in the home. For this reason, you will not find oil, vinegar, salt, spices, or condiments prior to check-in.

*Pool Heating: It has a cost of $39 per day

The pool may take up to 24 hours to heat up, so it must be requested in advance, it can be requested for a minimum of 2 consecutive days and the pool temperature rises up to 95 degrees.

Baby amenities included at no extra cost
The home is equipped with 3 pack & plays, 2 high chairs, and 2 strollers with sun canopies, always available for guest use.

Towels & beds ready for your arrival
All beds are prepared with clean sheets, pillows, and blankets. Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are also provided.

Note: Washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal-use items.

You’ll find board games for both kids and adults—perfect for enjoying fun moments together during your stay.

Accessibility
The home has stairs, but it also features two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor, making access easier for guests with limited mobility.

We work with a professional and trusted cleaning team, following a detailed inspection system to ensure everything is in perfect condition when you arrive.

This villa offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
