New Mickey Mouse pool, New carpet, LG High Ice capacity French door refrigerator, and Maytag high capacity washer/dryer set just installed. The perfect place to relax while the kids explore the magic of Castle Disney. The awesome Princess, Pirate, and Superhero kids' rooms, as well as our air-conditioned game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages. The Game room's stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games, along with a full size pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, Step2 Kitchen, dollhouse, PlayStation 3 and 2, make this the perfect area to entertain. All the adult bedrooms are appointed with top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. There are 9 TV's in the home including the big screen in the family room.
There is a screened-in patio with a, Dining Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). The pool also has a privacy hedge. Pool/Hot Tub heat can be provided at $50 for your stay.
We also have several strollers, 3 pack-n-play, a crib, a High-Chair, and a booster seat.

Magical stay

We loved every minute of it! The house is very spacious. It actually took us some time to remember which room was where. We LOVED the playroom. It was very entertaining for my 3 and 1year old and it was very helpful to keep them busy. The pool and spa was very nice. We went in every day. The house has everything you need! We went once to the community pool... It was nice but we prefered the pool at the house. The restaurant is very nice also and the staff was very friendly. Host is quickly to respond also. We would definitely go back. After 2 days my son wanted us to sell our house and stay there instead haha !

Exactly as pictured

We rented the house with our best friends and their kids and had an amazing time! It was very nice to have all of your basic needs- kitchen dishes, pots/pans, utensils, pool towels and regular linens and towels already available. Will be booking next year again for sure!

Great stay

House was plenty big enough for the 10 of us and the drive times to the parks were short- afternoon traffic made the return trip about 30 minutes. Everyone took advantage of the pool and hot tub nightly. Kitchen was great for cooking

Exceptional Vacation House!!

We all had an amazing time at the Princess, Pirate & Super Hero Room House. This vacation home exceeded our expectations! So comfortable and spacious for our family of 7, and could easily accommodate more. Geoff was so nice and the best host ever, always getting back to my inquiries quickly. My husband and I have stayed at many vacation homes and this one was by far the very best! The pool and hot tub were perfect temps. and so relaxing after our long days at the parks. Beds were super comfy, with more than enough blankets and pillows. The home was very clean and nicely decorated and we all felt very much at home. The Disney parks and Universal Studios were all very close. If we ever come to Orlando again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely Loved It!!

Impressed and would stay again!

Everyone in our family was impressed with the property! We can’t say enough good things. It perfectly accommodated our party of 12, ages 8months- 65yrs for week that included Disney World. Everything was very clean, host was responsive when we needed help finding a couple random things. Community pool and playground were a big plus on down days!

Great experience

My family and I had a great experience. The property was very accommodating. The only negative thing we could say, and it’s nothing major, is that the security guards at the front gate seemed to be a little much. For example my fiancé wasn’t on their list, and we took separate Ubers. The guard gave her a hard time and then informed me that he wouldn’t have let her in if she didn’t have my children with her in the vehicle. Overall very happy with the property and manager. We would definitely come back, and recommend it to families of all sizes!

Awesome Disney Themed Home

We had the best time staying here! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The princess, spider man and pirate themed rooms were perfect! The game and toy room was perfect for our kids aged 2-6 years old. The pool was perfect. The eating areas were perfect for our large group.

Fantastic place! Highly Recommend!!

We needed accommodations for family members who were visiting us for a week, and someone recommended VRBO. This was our first experience with vacation rentals and we were extremely happy with our choice! Our visitors had already used VRBO before and wow, were they impressed with this place! The property was everything we wanted and then some. First, the house itself was clean and roomy with fabulous theme bedrooms. The kids were thrilled. Having multiple master bedrooms was a feature the adults really appreciated. There were lots of toys for the kids and plenty for the adults, too. I know the adults enjoyed using the pool table and arcade games, and the kids had fun with the toys and air hockey. The house is in a quiet area with a private pool (complete with safety features for the little ones) and there's a bigger community pool available, too. Disney was so close, and the large Walmart just minutes away came in very handy! Finally, it was very easy to communicate with the management company and host, and they provided great support. I am so happy that we rented this property... it was the ideal place for our family and it contributed to a very enjoyable and memorable vacation!!

Family Vacation Kissimmee

Wonderful house and location. Plenty of room and household amenities. Grandkids loved the themed rooms, toys, pool and hot tub! Community pool, splash park and playgrounds onsite were all great too! We would definitely stay here again but it appears it books up fast! Walmart is very close to property. Property is close to the theme parks too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magical family moments

We spent spring break with our extended family. It was a magical time for everyone. The house is extremely well maintained and clean. The pantry was stocked and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The owner was very prompt to reply to all of our questions and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. We'll definitely stay again!
