The private home is in the Wellington sub-division in Southchase, Orlando, close to the intersection of SR417 (Greeneway) and Orange Blossom Trail. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand. This private home offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam & The Virgin Islands.

This private home is furnished with the highest quality furniture, and has full air-conditioning. It sleeps six people with 2 queen beds & two twin beds. We also allow an air mattress for guest #7, small child. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, patio, and private swimming pool. The pool can be heated upon request and for an extra cost per night. The home has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Linens and towels are provided; and you don't even need to bring a hair dryer! And the swimming pool and patio area are fully screened to keep the bugs out.

This is a great villa in a nice and quiet neighborhood only 20 minutes from universal studios. It is well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The pool was excellent and we had it heated and it was warm enough to use in February. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. Overall an excellent package.

Nice house clean and well described. Appreciated the host letting us know about the pool not warming up with the cool local temps at the time. Great having a washing machine and dryer. Modern kitchen with plenty of room for making lunches. Easy to uber about anywhere you like, or drive. An hour from beaches!

The lake view was nice , I did a little fishing.. The property was clean and quiet, had an air conditioning problem contacted the host and it was taken care of very quickly. The host checked on us to make sure everything was going well. The pool area was very nice .. over all a good place to stay ..

Perfect Place For Our Girls’ Trip!

GREAT STAY

The home is very comfortable. It has a cottage feel. It was very clean. The pool (paid extra to heat) was great. There is a waterway behind the home so no neighbors in back. There is highway noise beyond the waterway but it wasn't unbearable due to a large block wall. Very private on both sides of the home. We have stayed in this home before and owners have done some upgrades.

Orlando Trip from May 13th to the 19th

This property was very clean. The pool was very refreshing since it was 96 degrees each day. When we arrived, the main TV was not working so we called, and they did come out and set it up the next day. Instructions on how to operate the TV would have been nice because we had to call them again to come out. The main issue is the mattresses. They are shot and all four of them need to be replaced otherwise it is a nice quant home. If the mattresses get replaced and the main TV has explicit instructions on how to operate, I was rate this place very good. Bil

Close to the parks. Beds too worn: slump. Very clean. Good appliances. Pool clean. Heater worked well. Deck sinking on east corner, cracking pool edge tile. Very poor repairs to tile but didn’t affect pool use. Would rent again.
