Welcome to Drayton Place at Highgate Park.

This bright and beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool and spa home is great for a large family or multiple families vacationing together. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably.

Highgate Park is a very popular, well maintained and securly gated community located just off Highway 27 in the Disney Vacation Area.

Dining Areas and Kitchen
When you open the door, you’ll find the kitchen and dining spaces just past the entryway. The large kitchen features a serving bar - just what you need for entertaining and easy serving. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a quick meal or large family meals! The formal dining room seats six and is conveniently located just off the kitchen and bar top.


The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.



The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

Living Room
The living room features a large sectional couch, Large Smart TV. You will also find large window off the living room looking out to your private pool and spa area.

Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms all on one level.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, private TV. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2 - Master with King bed, en-suite bathroom, private TV (pool access). Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3 - Full size bed, private TV. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4 - Two Twin beds. Sleeps 2.

Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private pool and spa, relax on the 4 sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining (dining set for 4).

If interested, we can facilitate a barbeque grill rental for you.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. This is a self cateing home so this is to help get you up and running before your first store visit.
Supplies provided are:

1 x small dish soap
1 x trash bag per bin
1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
2 x sachets of laundry soap
Small hand soaps in each bathroom
For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)

All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home. We welcome seasoned bookers/travelers where the primary booker is over 25 and their young families aged 0-120! in this family home. This supports are no party and good neighbour policies. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a hot tub, a garden, and concierge services. The front desk is open around the clock.
