Luxury screened-in, Lake Front, Private Pool Home! This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Disney Area Vacation Rental Home is located in the family-friendly residential community of Eagle Pointe. Just a few short miles from Orlando's World-Renowned Theme Parks including the Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando® and SeaWorld® Orlando.

The South facing large pool area has plenty of deck space on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a  covered lanai for al fresco dining. Your outlook is over a large lake; somewhere to watch any of the wild life.  Pool heating can be added for an additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

This tastefully decorated villa is both welcoming and comfortable. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area with views over the pool and lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you may need for your stay. There is a breakfast table that also allows access to the pool area, as well as a more formal dining table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people comfortably

Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Twin beds

All bedrooms have TV's and are comfortably furnished.

Bathroom 1 is the ensuite to Bedroom 1 and has a separate bath and shower. The second bathroom can be used by the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.

Lovely Stay

A peaceful setting, with plenty of wildlife activity on the lake. The house was clean and well maintained and is very convenient for the theme parks and the 192. We are returning next year!
