Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home. Home has been completely updated to meet Premier status! All the amenities of home, plus the private resort without the theme park rates. This 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort. You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions, yet away from the heavy traffic of Irlo Bronson Parkway. Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-3 minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms. This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations. Regal Palms is just West of Disney off US 27 near US 192. NOTE: There is a $20/day/unit (plus tax) resort fee payable to the resort at check-in along with a temporary refundable $100 hold on your credit card for incidentals.

This townhouse is geared towards a young family. Lots of toys, games for the house & pool, a plus was a wagon w 2 seats to get the kids and stuff to the pool. It is an easy walk to the pool. The unit is clean and updated. Kitchen is stocked, beds are firm. Over all a great place.

We had an amazing time. The place was even better than we expected. Everything you could need was in this spacious condo. We actually extended our stay by a few days because it was so difficult to leave. The amenities were wonderful, especially the lazy river, which the kids and I loved. It was also very close to anything that you may need so we were able to get an Uber or food delivered when we we wanted. Thank you so much. We plan to return again as soon as we can!

The hosts were AMAZING! Cannot say enough good things and the house was PERFECT! Had everything. Toys and space for our toddler, crib for our infant that fits perfectly next to the master bed. Gates. TVs. I could go on and on. This place is a dream for families. Highly highly recommend!
